12-14 October 2018: New Chapter House Grand Opening (Homecoming).
    • Pinnacle LLC co-founders David Bodeen (AΨ435) and Ron Hamme (AΨ 425) who donated Pinnacle’s Engineering Design Services to the Project.
    • Ray Betz (AΨ 185) whose donation of $100,000 is the largest to our Capital campaign
    • Brad Hornburg (AΨ 200) the New Chapter House Construction Project Chairman
    • Drew Davids (AΨ 440) Alumni Association President
    • John Meyer (AΨ 433) Capital Campaign Fundraising Chairman
    • Alex Schlemeier (AΨ 609) Chapter President
    • Tanner Mercantel (AA1675) Theta Xi National Fraternity Executive Director

Fall 2021: Theta Xi ranks 6th academically among Missouri S&Ts Fraternities

Summer 2021: Missouri S&T’s Theta Xi Fraternity named an “All True Men Chapter” by Theta Xi National Headquarters – an honor reserved for the top 10% of over 50 chapters nationwide.

August 2020: Missouri S&T campus and Theta Xi Fraternity open for (select) in person operations and virtual operations

March 2020: Missouri S&T campus and Theta Xi Fraternity closed due to pandemic and all operations are conducted virtually

Summer 2019: New Chapter House kitchen completed and put into service

October 2018: Grand Opening Celebration of the New Chapter House including rededication of the building by Theta Xi National Headquarters Executive Director, Tanner Mercantile.

August 2018: Certificate of Occupancy issued for New Chapter House and Active Chapter moves in for Fall 2018 Term.

December 2017-October 2018: New Chapter House Construction plus installation of new fire suppression system in the Old House and Annex

27-29 October 2017: New Chapter House Ground Breaking (Homecoming)

14-16 October 2016: Rolled out the Public phase of the Capital Campaign Fundraising effort

December 2015: Completed installation of HVAC in Annex (heat AND Air Conditioning!)

23-25 October 2015: Alumni Association decided to conduct a Feasibility Study to build a new Chapter House

19-23 October 2015: Brothers Kent Sterret (215) and Old Jim Hardy (208) brought annex electrical wiring up to code

Summer 2015: Replaced Breezeway wall and renovated sleeping rooms in the annex

Summer 2014: Renovation of dining room and stage

2013-2014 School year: Replacement of interior and exterior doors

2008-2009: Renovation of kitchen and Annex bathroom
